My services include building websites and graphic design including logo creation, leaflets, brochures and company branding to digital media such as designing banner adverts. I can also create motion graphic adverts and presentations.
Good graphic design is all about communicating a clear message to the customer, which will help promote your business to current and new potential customers. When working with clients once I receive an initial enquiry I will then reply answering their questions and giving a quote for the work I will be undertaking. Once this is agreed set up a call if needed to get a better understanding of the brief.
Listening to what the client wants is very important as I then have a clear idea what is required. I always ensure all my clients receive regular updates on their projects I am working on for them.

You can let me know if you have an idea of anything you have seen which can be used for inspiration, if the project is a website design you may want to share with me some sites you like the look of and equally ones you are not so keen on.

With printed items I will share a watermarked pdf for you to approve or make comments with any alterations you may require. Website builds work in a different way as I will create a wireframe of the home page in the first instance and and share with you for approval, I go more in depth of the process on the website design page.
Working to an agreed timeline, I will deliver various items for approval, when you will be able to request any changes you may require. Once all requested updates have been finalised I will prepare the files for final delivery supplying the formats required. Again with website design this is slightly different as I will now build the live site.

I use a wide range of software when creating logos, layouts and designing websites these are industry standard some of which can been seen below. The majority are Adobe products.
I try to be as flexible as possible in order to best accommodate your project budget and timeline. This is why I have a payment structure where percentages of the final price are paid as different landmarks are reached. This is set out in the steps below.
This is to secure your project in my calendar and to cover any initial overheads specific to the project. Once the project has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
Once I have delivered the work, whether that’s the final drafts of a logo or a website to staging for you to try out. We can discuss this milestone before the project commences.
